We believe local government should answer to the people of Brick Township first — not county bosses, political machines, backroom deals, donors, insiders, or outside agendas.
Team Brick exists to give Brick residents a stronger voice in local Republican politics and to support candidates who are serious about transparency, taxpayer protection, public safety, responsible development, infrastructure, and local accountability.
Team Brick is not built around one person, one campaign, or one election cycle. We are building a long-term Brick First movement for residents who believe Republican leadership in Brick should be honest, independent, prepared, and focused on results.

Our mission is to recruit, support, and elect independent local Republican leaders who answer to Brick residents first. Local government should protect taxpayers, strengthen public safety, improve roads and infrastructure, and support families, seniors, veterans, small businesses, and first responders — making decisions based on what is best for Brick Township, not what benefits the political machine.
Team Brick is built on transparency, accountability, fiscal responsibility, responsible development, and honest communication with the public.

Why Team Brick Exists
Brick residents deserve better than insider politics
Team Brick Republicans was created because many Brick residents want a local Republican movement that is more open, more accountable, and more focused on the township.
For too long, local politics has too often been shaped by insiders, political pressure, and county-level power structures. Team Brick believes Republican voters deserve better. Candidates should not be chosen simply because they are connected, convenient, or willing to follow orders.
Brick deserves candidates who are willing to listen, work, ask questions, challenge bad decisions, and put residents first.
Team Brick is willing to work with other Republicans, but we are not here to take marching orders from any political machine. Our loyalty is to Brick Township.

Team Brick is an independent Brick First reform movement focused on transparency, accountability, taxpayers, responsible development, public safety, and local leadership that answers directly to the people of Brick. Our disagreement is not with ordinary Republican voters, volunteers, or residents.
What does Brick First mean?
Brick First means every decision should be judged by one question: Is this good for the people of Brick Township? Taxpayers come before political favors. Neighborhoods come before special interests. Public safety comes before excuses. Transparency comes before control. Local accountability comes before political ambition.
What issues does Team Brick focus on?
Brick Township taxes, responsible spending, transparency in government, public safety, support for police and first responders, responsible development, roads, traffic, drainage, infrastructure, neighborhood protection, open communication, and quality of life. We believe local government should focus on the basics and do them well.
Is Team Brick running candidates for Council in 2027?
Team Brick is preparing to recruit, screen, support, and organize Brick First Republican candidates for the 2027 Brick Township Council election. We are not building a campaign around one person — we are building a long-term reform movement around one principle: Brick comes first.
Can I be part of Team Brick and another Republican group?
Yes. Team Brick does not require exclusive membership. You can support Team Brick and also be involved with the NJ America First Republicans, Ocean County Young Republicans, the Brick Republican Organization, or other local, county, state, or national Republican organizations. If you believe Brick should come first, there is a place for you in Team Brick.
